My offerings include creating and holding the space you need to see yourself as the powerful human that you are, fully capable of moving through this world with a sense of internal trust and safety.

INTRO

I understand complex trauma not just clinically, but personally. Because of this, I approach therapy through our shared humanity — a place where you don’t have to perform, explain away your feelings, or hide the messy, contradictory parts of who you are. In this space, nothing is “too much,” and everything makes sense once we understand where it comes from.

My work is slow, steady, and compassionate, honoring your nervous system, your pace, and your truth.

You just have to be you.

WHO I WORK WITH

For Clients Who Are Ready for Real Change

I work with adults who feel ready — or almost ready — to look beneath the surface of their struggles. Many of my clients are carrying the weight of complex trauma, chronic overwhelm, attachment wounds, or emotional patterns that feel stuck and repetitive.

If you’re seeking a place to understand yourself more deeply and shift the patterns that have been shaping your life, we may be a strong fit.

MY APPROACH

My Approach

My work is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in deep emotional understanding. I don’t focus on quick fixes or surface-level coping strategies. Instead, we explore the roots of your reactions, the parts of you still holding old pain, and the patterns that once kept you safe but no longer serve you.

Together, we move from insight to change — slowly, gently, and in a way that feels possible for your body and your life.

Areas we may explore together include:

  • Nervous-system regulation and safety

  • Attachment and relational patterns

  • Inner child and parts work

  • Emotional overwhelm or shutdown

  • Identity, self-worth, and shame

  • Meaning-making after trauma

You’ll never be rushed.

You get to lead the pace.

ABOUT ME

About Me

I became a psychotherapist because I know what it’s like to live with complex trauma and its long shadow. My lived experience informs how I sit with people: with honesty, gentleness, and deep respect for the human behind the symptoms.

I don’t see you as something to fix.

I see you as someone who has survived — someone with a story that deserves compassion, understanding, and space.

This work matters to me because I’ve been on both sides of the room, and I know how healing it can be to finally feel safe, seen, and met without shame.
